Montblanc Writers Edition – Bram Stoker (2026)

Please share on your social media

The 2026 Montblanc Writers Edition honours Bram Stoker. The design is part of Montblanc’s annual tribute to important literary figures and gives collectors a recognisable writing instrument associated with the author.

About the author

Bram Stoker (1847–1912) was an Irish novelist and theatre manager whose 1897 novel Dracula helped define modern vampire fiction.

Pen design and identification

The 2026 standard edition combines deep red and black resin with details inspired by Victorian medical instruments and the Gothic world of Dracula. The clip and fittings include allusions to the vampire’s bite.

The wider collection includes Limited Editions 1897, 93 and 8, with markedly different materials and decoration; these should not be confused with the standard release.

Versions and collecting notes

Check the exact edition, materials and numbering. Retail launch prices are not evidence of later auction values.

Before purchasing, check the writing mechanism, condition of the resin or metalwork, nib where applicable, and the presence of the original presentation box and papers. Fountain pen, ballpoint and rollerball prices should be compared separately; avoid assuming every version was produced in the same quantity.
