Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons, normally Captain Scarlet was first broadcast in 1967 and was produced by the Century 21 Productions company of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson, John Read and Reg Hill. It was the eight series to be produced by the Andersons and follows the hostilities between Earth and a race of Martians known as the Mysterons. It has been shown in over 40 countries and remains a cult classic. Captain Scarlet Dinky Cars
Several vehicles have been produced in die-cast form by Dinky. The Dinky No.104 Captain Scarlet Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle in excellent condition with excellent box can sell for anywhere between £150-£250. The Dinky No.103 Captain Scarlet Spectrum Patrol Car in excellent condition with excellent box can sell for anywhere between £100-£150. The Dinky No. 105 Captain Scarlet Maximum Security Vehicle in excellent condition with excellent box can sell for anywhere between £100-£150.
