Bairstow Pottery have launched a new Winston Churchill figurine named “First Sea Lord” and is based on a caricature by the political cartoonist David Wilson.

David Wilson (1873 – 1935) was a political cartoonist, caricaturist, illustrator and painter, contributing cartoons to many papers and magazines and papers of the day.

The quote from his cartoon “As he would be seen. A vigilant defender of Britain and it’s Empire in the tradition of Horatio Nelson”. 

The First Sea Lord Churchill from Bairstow Pottery is being produced in a limited edition of 250 and is priced at £89.95
