The Moomin Winter design for 2018 is Light Snowfall. Light Snowfall, features Moomintroll from the book Moominland Midwinter. Light Snowfall shows the moment when Moomintroll experiences his first snowfall. The design is based on Tove Jansson’s original artwork which Tove Slotte has interpreted onto a mug, bowl and spoon.
The design has a very Christmas feel and just released in time for advent is the Moomin Christmas Calendar 2018 by Martinex. There is a new plastic character for 24 days leading up to Christmas. The design looks great and is a must for any Moomin collector.
