Renaker have just introduced their latest miniature and specialities
releases.

For the MINIATUREs, H-R is introducing one(1) completely new
piece and reissuing ten(10) previously discontinued items.

The new piece is called "Lying Cat" #4015. I’m surprised
about their choice of names as the current line already has
a "Lying Cat" #3303 available. Usually they do not
duplicate names, at least in the same currently available selections.

The returning items are;"Papa Tweetie" #482, "Mama
Tweetie" #481, and "Baby Tweetie" #495. All of
these were originally issued in the ’60’s, retired and reissued
again in the ’80’s and discontinued again Jan 1, 1990. They
were originally available in only blue, but this time will be
offered in both blue and
yellow.

"Mama Koala w/Baby". These were originally two(2)
separate pieces; Mama Koala #950 and Baby Koala #949 first issued
in 1979 and discontinued in 1988. This time they are listing
them as one piece using the Mama Koala mold number (950) so
I assume that they are glued together.

"Baby Chipmunk #334 and "Chipmunk w/acorn #81. These
are both early releases the Baby in the ’50’s and the on with
the acorn in the ’60’s. Both were previously discontinued in
the ’80’s."Mama Goat" #848 was originally brought
out in 1984 and discontinued in 1988.

"Papa Mallard" #862. There have been two(2) Papa Mallards
in the Miniatures over the years..This is the first one, standing
with its wings outstretched first introduced in ’85 and discontinued
July 1997.

"Puffin" #862. It was only in the line a short time
the last time around, from July 1987 until January 1989.

"Duckbilled Platypus" #3092. Again a piece with a
short active tenure previously, January 1993 until July 1994
then known as "Mama Platypus".

For the SPECIALTIES, they have added two(2) pieces to the "Pedigree
Dog"series reintroduced in January 2005. One is a new piece,
"Pug" #4016, and the other is a returning item "Cocker"
#1014 originally know as "his Nibs", first issued
in the ’50’s, and last seen in the early ’80’s.

All of these items will start shipping early July, 2005.
