A substantial collection of vintage fishing reels and vintage fishing equipment forms part of Unique Auctions Antiques & Collectors auction on the 27th and 28th February.

The collection includes some several hundred fishing reels including Hardy and Allcocks. Other reels include Grice & Young, Lewtham, Dowling & Sons, J W Young, Mitchell, Shakespeare etc. The Hardy fishing reels include Hardy Marquis Salmon No 2, Hardy Marquis Disc 8 and Hardy 3 5/8″ Gem and Allcocks include Allcock Ariel, Allcock Ariel Popular 1912, and Allcocks Flick-em.

The sale also includes Hardy fishing rods and fishing flies.
