World record price for golf ball sold at Boston auction
A new auction world record has been achieved by Bonhams & Butterfields at its first US Golf Sale, held yesterday (5 May 2006) at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, in Brookline Massachusetts. The dollar coin sized Bramble-patterned ball fetched a staggering US $10,516 and was bought by the renowned Minikahada Golf Club, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Chris Rea’s "Road To Hell" Piano Sells at Bonhams Auction
A piano used by one of the UK’s biggest selling rock artists, Chris Rea, sold at a Bonhams auction (24 April 2006) for £6,960. The piano features in Rea’s recordings made over the last 11 years, and was bought by a concert pianist who prefers to remain anonymous.
