This great Charlie Chaplin Royal Doulton Figurine HN2771 was designed by William K Harper and was released in 1989 as part of Doulton’s Entertainers Collection.
The collection also included Laurel & Hardy (released 1990) and Groucho Marx (1991). It was released in an edition size of 5,000.
William Harper’s design really captures the essence of Chaplin’s tramp character with classic bowler hat and cane. The figurine measure 9 inches high.
As with most Doulton figurines the price has decreased in recent years.
