Vectis Auctions will be holding a bumper sale on January 19th of approximately 200 lots which will include a single vendor collection of James Bond and other TV and Film related items.

This collection covers a wide range of pieces including props, signed posters, models, ephemera – some of which come with relevant provenance and authenticity.

Props include a revolver from Die Hard and uniform motifts from Aliens. A prop Scorpion from the Crypt scene in The Mummy Returns in display case. ‘Drax’s Enterprise Corporation’ badge from the film Moonraker.

‘The Living Daylights’ gold single – present in recognition of sales in the United Kingdom of the Warner Brothers Single by Ah-Ha – mounted in gold frame.

Additional items from other vendors include a Corgi Magic Roundabout Card Display, Mego Wizard of Oz Dolls – Dorothy, Tinman, Scarecrow. The Bionic Man and Woman.

There are some excellent promotional cinema booklets (brochures -original issues given to the cinemas as the film was released, dating from the 1960s), many in full colour and include Cleopatra – 1963 issue with Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Rex Harrison. Spartacus – 1960 issue with Tony Curtis and Kirk Douglas. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and many others.
