Good morning/afternoon/evening...

I've been trying very hard to get a set of plates evaluated for my mother-in-law. They are a set of USC Commemorative Plates from 1933, made by Wedgwood, England. I have run into brick wall after dead end after brick wall, until yesterday when I actually found an incomplete set for sale on an online store.

The store has the plates for sale for $2,750.00 (USD), but their set only has 11 out of the 12 pieces. My mother-in-law has all 12.

Sooooooo, my question to anyone with an answer is: how much would missing one piece from this set cause it to drop in value? This may help me in determining the value of her complete set for her.

Also it may merit mentioning that there is what looks to be a serial number engraved on the back of each plate, so even if the online store found the missing plate from their set, the serial number wouldn't match up.... I don't know if that makes any difference in the world, but just throwin' it out there.

Please answer me :) someone..... please? :)

Oh, and here's the link to the online store's item:
