hi can anyone help i have a friend who has a wedgewood limited edition plate a run of only 400 it was to commemarate the opening of the first multiplex cinema at whiteleys of bayswater and the premier of goshtbusters 2 which was also attened by her royal highness the princess royal he would just like to know if it is rare or not hope one of you can help many thanks.....andy
