Hi Brian, I have in my possession a coffee pot which I believe dates to around 1878, the condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs, even the gilding looks 99.9% intact there is however as expected, soiling to the unglazed bottom rim.

Please find attached pictures of the back stamp which dates to 1878-1900 the stamp is quite faint and it bears also some numbers which are painted under the glaze. These are Y2897 and a 1 close by.
