Wedgwood Message Board Posted by helen on May 23, 2008 at 08:13:10: I have 8 of the wedgwood x6946 plates, which with the pottery mark and the date marks has them dated from 1900 - 1919. They have no pattern name but have scallopped edges in gold with a dark blue band underneath with gold scroll pattern within the blue. There is a single pink rose in the centre on a sprig of grren leaves and there is 5 of the same rose around the edges each with a small blue 5 petal flower ad sprig on leaf in between each of these five roses. The set is in immaculate condition. I cannot find anything similar anywhere and have tried the replacements.com etc. Is there anyone who could give me an idea of their value as I would like to pass these and other things onto my grandchildren but want to ensure that each gets the same value in items.
