Below is a reply to an inquiry I made of Wedgwood U S A Customer Care
"We at Wedgwood are reluctant to comment on any item sold on the secondary market ,
as you will appreciate people are selling their own property and we do not know the history of the
item i.e. if it was a second or not , all we can say is that this particular design was produced at
the Coalport Factory in 1999 , but was a white porcelain piece it was not decorated.
