: I've been researching this all night to sell. I see that Old Charley (large) is D5420 and produced from 1934-1983. This damn jug has a stamp like none I can find. There's a large 'A' to the left of the crown and a '23' to the right. One site suggested that means it's from 1950, but I'm still very annoyed as a collector that I can't nail this down. Can anyone help?
