: There remains less than three months before the West Coast WADE Fair. Vendor space is sold out. We have 16 plus vendors. The dates are again August 18 and 19 with setup all day the 17. Admission is $5.00. Friday evening is the casual get-together for all waders. Finger food and a no-host bar will be available. Prize drawings and much visiting will take place. It would be nice to know how many will be coming, so a quick email would help us.

Please check out the entire site but Fair Specials, Surveys, Vendors, Charity and the Welcome page specifically have the biggest changes. www.wadeamerica.com Fair packages have been reduced from $60.00 to $50.00 with all the same great stuff included in the packages and goodie bags. If you’ve already paid, you will get a refund at the fair. The cutoff date to be guaranteed a room at the host hotel, Best Western Sunnyside Clackamas Inn, 1-800-547-8400, is July 16. After that you may not be able to find a room and the price will be more. Free airport shuffle is available; please book at the time you make your reservations.

: I am really excited about this year’s fair. Everything is set for an excellent show with some of the old good stuff from past fairs, for instance, game and live auction night and some new stuff including a Children’s Treasure Hunt. We have our fair whimsies, Ed Rucker from Happy Wade-ing is commissioning a LE of 75 special whimsies for our fair plus another vendor may also have another fair whimsie.
