I am aware that this teapot is extremely rare - my teapot was given to me by Mr Cardew himself in 1992 and I believe that my teapot may be a prototype/sample. It is in perfect condition.
I can find 2 entries on the internet - this teapot was sold in 2001 for Ł3500 and then someone picked up a bargain on eBay this year for Ł56 without a pedestal (this buyer is now looking for a pedestal).
