Please help identify this Steiff bear.

I have a Steiff bear. I am not sure if it is original or a replica and not sure how much it is worth. The tag has a rivit with Steiff in script, Made in Germany by Steiff (in a banner) with a bear on the left of the word, and KNOPF IM OHR printed on it. It also has 000379 listed on the tag. I can send pictures, but am not able to upload them. If you can help me figure out when it was made, if it's a replica and how much it's worth, I would greatly appreciate it.
