: I recently inherited my father's old stamp collection - he collected when he was a child so it's quite scruffy and there doesn't seem to be any discrimination as to what's good or not (especially to my untrained eye).  There are approx. 300 stamps in total from all over the world and as my father was born in England in 1945, it includes pretty much anything I suppose he could get his hands on at that time.
