subj stamp is attached to estate expenditure listing by "Cook & Birmingham " of Bampton Street, Tiverton dtd Nov 14 1896--unfortunately there is writing --appears to be signature of A.Cook(not sure abt name)Stamp is also creased in half--fold over. Anyone interested???
