I wonder if anyone can help me. I have been collecting rupert annulas for over 15 years now. I just purchased what I believe to be an original rupert illustration on ebay. It is not signed but looks like the genuine artical.

I want to identify the story so I can at least establish the artist and how old (or new) it might be.

It has 4 panels and it frame 1 shows rupert sitting on the floor and bill holding a mask of a man with a hat and a big moustache. In the second frame they see a man approaching. The third frame shows bill put on the mask and jump out from behind a tree scaring the man. The forth frame shows them running off.

Please can someone identify this.
