I was sold a red glaze duck, approx 12 cm tall, as Poole. It has green edges to beak and feet. On the underside is a black mark which could be a potter's mark as I have seen similar marks on Poole. There is no stamped Poole mark but there is a smudged mark which could be a dolphin shape. Did Poole ever make a duck or made an object which does not have space for the stamped mark? Thanks for any info.
