This sounds like a Poole Traditional pattern, probably designed by Truda Carter and dating anywhere between the 1930's and 1960's. 432 is the shape number. There were many different patterns, usually marked on the base as a 2 letter code (e.g. BN, LE). They didn't have official names but some have common names, such as Leo The Lion or Jazz. I haven't ever heard of Horn of Plenty I'm afraid. Kind Regards.
