poole pot or candlestick

I have a small candlestick/pot 3ins high with a pattern mark/DD
It has an impressed POOLE ENGLAND Stamp 1924 -50 date.The
pattern is geometric triangles in blue yellow and red. Can anyone give me any info.Painters mark looks like capitalR
