Paul, there is not much you can do. Only company that issue certificate of authenticity is the original maker. I needed a COA and got one from Bradford Exchange. But it was a Bradford plate, and this occur a long time ago.

If anyone has one, I would gladly pay a fair price for it. My plate has the plate number as HA1006. I contacted Franklin Mint site and they said that they could not do anything because it is an older plate and told me to contact forums. Thank you.
