Trying to find out if anyone knows about this plate. On the reverse it says (in hand written form):
Lincoln #4
1430 F
#23275 Proof B
9/29/1987

Looking for a value and would like to sell it if it's worth anything. In excellent condition, but no packaging or documentation since it came to me from a friend who worked in their factory and they were given plates like this.
