Cannot I.D. this wall hanging plate. It's approx. 15" in Dia. and has 4 holes in the bottom rim, the rim is approx 9" in Dia. the front has a floral design of which (I'm guessing) are Red Poppy's. the markings on the back are Sherwood April 4.98 under that is D&C France. Can someone help I.D. and price this plate ? thanks Ken
