Hi, In general; melted, scratched, chipped, or "stressed" plastic will result in a de-valueing by almost half (really depends on the degree of the defect/damage). Finding a true value to any dispenser is simply a matter of putting it in front of the right collector. You've got general estimates for the masses and you've got specialized estimates for the niche. You can learn more about our hobby at my website. : Hi, : I'm doing some research on Pez, and was wondering how you grade the dispensers based on their condition? Is it simply a matter of guesswork, or is there an established, standardised way of grading them? : For instance, my sister has a USA pez dispenser, loose from any packaging. It's a bit dusty but in good condition. Another pez dispenser she has is a Lucy B (Peanuts) pez dispenser, also loose. She's in good condition, but has been autographed on the side with texta (by a local band). How would you go about grading these pez? : Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! : Na
