Hi i have a large house i want to sell it is the one where the base and house are seperate there is a rabbit looking out of the top window,the chimney pot is seperate and there are some bushes (trees) that go into holes at the side.it is very heavy could anyone tell me if this is rare it is old and in good condition many thanks Denise
