I am trying to find information on a Dragonfly paperweight engraved on the base 46/50. It is of a dragonfly of blue and yellow with fine blue wings hovering over white lacework it has a millefiora stick which looks to have a monogram of oc. The body of the fly is millefiori sticks.
Any info on value, artist and date appreciated, I bought this a long time ago as a present for my mother but despite countless searches, I am no nearer
