The diamond on the bottom is likely to be the 'Year' mark in this case 1993 (Arrow was 1990, Bell was 1991 and Candlestick was 1992). However, your description has me beaten as it could be a pre-1993 design still being made in 1993 or a new 1993 design. An email picture would help (dn.jones@blueyonder.co.uk)
