Not sure of the exact age but judging by the style and cut of the top, it is probably lat 70's, I have a two piece McDonald's employee uniform. It is dark blue polyester with blue and white stripes on the short arms as well as the collar and shoulder area. The pants show flare to the bottoms of the legs. There are metal buttons down the front of the shirt with the stylized M on them. The shirt and pants are both made by Service Uniform Co. and the top is a size 10 and the pants are size 8. These were made in Canada and show a small red maple leaf embroidered below the yellow embroidered M on the left hand breast of the top.
