We are in the middle of an estate sale and came across some McDonald happy meal toys. I'm thinking from 1996. Anyhow, one of these figures appears to have been assembled incorrectly. He's wearing a purple collar and the left front paw is reversed with the back right leg. Would this increase or decrease the value of this toy?
