to Issue 47 of the WCN Magazine and a very important time in the short history of the World Collectors Net.With this issue we are launching our new Social Network site http://www.worldcollectorsnet.com/community . WCN has been a community site since its launch back in 1996. With new technologies available we thought it was time to take the community side of the site forward to the next level.  The new system will allow the formation of collecting specific groups which collectors can join. They will be able to Discuss Collecting, create a Blog, add Photos, add and vote on Polls, view and add events, add classified ads, and most importantly make new friends with similar interests from around the world! You will need to register to join groups, but we have made the registration process as simple as possible, so please join and support WCN's new system. As well as looking at moving forward, we also look back to the 1960s with two articles: a general look at the era from Tracy Martin and a closer look at dolls from and based on the time.
Carrying on the past theme we look at Buddy Holly Collectibles and The Fshion of Yves Saint Laurent. REQUEST: We would love to expand and add more features on all aspects of collecting. Can you help? If you have a collecting interest or would like to write a feature please let us know. Our Previous Issues and Features archives nearly 100 selected articles on subjects ranging from Buttons to Glass, and from Halloween to Victorian Christmas Cards.
