BarbieWelcome to Issue 48 of the WCN Magazine.

Happy 50th Birthday Barbie - the leading lady of Dolls was created 50 years ago and we pay tribute to her with a feature from Sue Brewer. Did you know it has been estimated that 105,000,000 yards of fabric have been used to make the fashion clothing for Barbie and her friends.

Rookwood PotteryWe take a look at some old potteries - one in the US Rookwood Pottery and the Martin Brothers Pottery in the UK. There has been a lot of increased interest over the past few years in older pottery, especially in the US where the area has often been neglected.

Designer CollectiblesTracy Martin gives us some tips on Collecting Designer goods and we end by looking at some Royal Souvenirs on a Shoestring.

REQUEST: We would love to expand and add more features on all aspects of collecting. Can you help? If you have a collecting interest or would like to write a feature please let us know.
