I inherited a doll from a good friend of mine. She still has the hangtag on her wrist with all the Wizard of Oz dolls listed. There is a tag on her wrist that says she is a Madame Alexander 16" Glinda the Good Witch. When was she made and what is her value? She is on a stand in excellent condition.
