Hello other collectors of Madame Alexander dolls. I usually enjoy collecting but not lately. I'm finding that some people in this world believe they can just get away with robbing others of their hard earned money. Hence the reason for this post today. I was robbed by a seller on Ebay ID user 2296sheryl. Who has no regard for just stealing my funds ($70) and I was even willing to ship her broken junk doll back to her. If she refunded my money immediately. I gave her many opportunities to do the right thing. She sent me a eight inch Madame Alex doll with broken rubber bands to her arm and legs. The dolls dress was suppose to be white and it looks like a dingy color of grey. What is odd and please be weary of others on Ebay who do this now, is they don't check a form of payment. Hoping I believe as Ebay then advises me by telephone just go to PayPal and use their email address to pay them (because an error message pops up on Ebay of 50052 and you can't pay for the auction). Well, how does one leave a negative then if they send junk as this women did if I use PayPal only to send funds and not go through Ebay? So please put 2296sheryl on your list of bad sellers. Even though she shows a 100% feedback rating doesn't mean she's always an honest person now or in her past. Good day and good luck with your collecting.
