The pattern on the dress is just like this, which I found on Ebay.

: I have this doll, but cannot find anything on her at all. I have searched Google, and can only come up with the old Cissy Yardley's English Lavender advertisements. It seems that this doll doesn't exist!
: She has a woven, lightweight hat, a purple patterned dress with puff sleeves and a corset-style front, a blue and white checkered (think: picnic) underskirt, bloomers, little white "boots" with three black beads on each...and her blond hair is in two pigtails, ending in pink ribbons.

: Does anyone know anything at all about this doll, or why I cannot find any information on her?
: Was her name changed? Was she a recall?
: I'm stumped.
