Is sounds to me like you're describing the Backporch Basket. There was a protector made with openings to hold glasses (presumably for iced tea) and then a center area of the protector could hold sliced lemons (for the iced tea, of course). This basket was used for lunches at the CC Gathering about 3 years ago....either brought leftovers out of storage or made more.
