: I need help identifying a figurine I have. I cannot find it anywhere. It is a LLadro NAO. On the bottom 'hand made in Spain. Daisa 1979' There is also a number etched in that looks like D-10B (or possibly D-10F). It is of a girl with a white hat, blue ribbon, pink top, blue skirt, kneeling to pet a dove (looks like a Dove). The box it came in has 'Brillo No. 267 Mimos a la paloma'.

Hi there, on Peggy's site, El Portal Porcelana, Number 267 is listed as "Tranquility" retired in 1991. On the Nao Historical Catalog, it is listed as "Caressing the Dove" Sculpted by Vicente Martínez, these are different names for the same figure, Spanish name "Mimos a la Paloma". Brillo means you have the glossy rather than the matte version and Daisa 1979 means it was produced sometime after 1979. The other numbers are irrelevant, hope that helps.

Cheers,
Jorge
