Hi there, I regret that you are most probably right in that the figure is worthless in that condition. As it is, this figure's value, for insurance, is $160, even if a great restoration artist could recreate the candle they would have to charge you more than what a new figure is worth.

That said, everything has a value. I've seen items like this, in broken condition sell on ebay for $20 so there may just be a buyer out there for yours.
