: Ok I have to admit that I'm partial to the new styles Lladro has been putting out in the past years.  I love the silver and gold overpainting and the all white gloss figures in general.   I very much appreciate the fact that they are producing more useful wares, the vases and bowls and bathroom fixtures and dinnerware but... They really need to reevaluate the price point on those.  Something that comes straight out of a mold and has no decoration should not be in the same price range as something that requires multiple firings, repairing, painting etc.  They really should open that up and sell the bathroom and kitchen items cheaply to get that stuff out there. I think it would do wonders for the brand in general and give them an up with the artistic and more intricate decorative items they are coming up with.  I wish I could get a pair of those candelabra! Gilded of course.
