For really tough stains on the white matte surface I've been using these Mr. Clean magic sponges, I don't know what's in them but they work. I wonder if ten years from now we won't find it's radioactive!

I've always had good luck cleaning dirty Lladro finds with good ol' Q-Tips, warm water, and a tiny bit of dish detergent (something gentle like Ivory works wonderfully). I would like to emphasize the word TINY because a little will go a long way. For routine dusting or getting in the tiny nooks, I use a can of air (judiciously and gently!) from Staples as I live in permanent fear of snapping a fragile petal or leaf.
