Would anyone know what the value is for this piece? I purchased it at a yard sale for 25 cents a few years ago. Didn't think anything of it until my sister did some research on it, finding purchase prices listed between $19-$100+. How do I know what's legitimate for insurance value? Also, how would I clean this piece? Thanks!
