ID made in spain mark?

Hi All...I have come across a made in spain mark that is cobalt blue, has a large C and inside the "C" what appears to be overlapped letters lean. underneath says made in spain, also in cobalt blu. The object is nicely detailed altho just short of the lladro perfection. Anyone know who this company is? thanks 4 any help
