I have ordered from this website and had a very nice experience. At the time, (two years ago) they were Lladro authorized and my purchases were covered by LAP. You may want to contact Lladro directly, either through their Spanish Customer Service or your local authorized boutique to verify that they are currently authorized dealers. I have no reason to believe they are not but I am not privy to that information and cannot confirm or deny their current status.
