Currently the Links Directory is receiving over 1500 entries per month.
Our Links Directory is a manual system and each site is viewed before being added. The vast majority of these are totally unrelated sites attempting to get a listing on a high ranked site to boost their site traffic. Many of sites attempting to list are offensive and valid sites are being missed or are not being added in a timely fashion.
We are delighted that the Directory is so popular and in an attempt to add valid sites quicker we have removed the listing page. The only way to access this now is to go through a verification process which includes a small charge. We hope that this will stop the vast majority of the unrelated sites from being listed.
