I have a jim beam decanter that is still full with the state seal on it and in a velvet box and wounder if it is worth any thing to a collector. it looks like a aladians lamp it is reagel china in gold it has a handle on the side and a crown for a stopper with yellow and blue flowers in the middle of the decanter it is a 4/5 size and a 1976 date on the bottom.can anyone tell me about this decanter
