I have inherited a few Goebel items and need some info for insurance. I have one item I can not find listed anywhere. It the same size and reads the same as a festival plaque, but it is in color. Also the Goebel logo dates it between 1972 and 1979. The plaque is brown with a boy in a light blue jacket and dark blue pants carrying a red bag and umbrella. Please let me know if you can tell me what this is, and possibly an insurance price.
