We have a beautiful vintage Hummel Nativity set. Bottoms are marked with a full bee, incised HX 48 and a number or letter after that which is different on each one, the word SACRART is printed, also a tiny number written by hand on each one. Mary is sitting, not standing and has long hair down her back and no halo. The Christ Child is more detailed than those we see commonly. One shepherd appears to be a youth, standing with sheep by his foot. Two kings are standing. One king is kneeling, but is not extending his gift as we commonly see, he holds the gift closer. Joseph is standing holding a lantern. Tallest figures are about 9". The painting is rich colored and very good workmanship. We would appreciat any information about these lovely nativity figures. Thanks, Carole
