In dallas, Texas, Oct 13. 1990 I bought a Hummel minature Plate, "Little Sweeper" and the figurine. A Hummel artist was in hte gift shop signing the plates. It's either a stylized J or Q Frobor. I am looking for who he is and how to look him up
